What is a sober home?

A sober living home is a safe, drug and alcohol-free place for people in recovery. It is  intended to help you transition from rehab back into a sober, prosperous life. Whether you just need a temporary place to live until you can get a place of your own or you need to stick around longer to have the support and structure of a sober home, you’re welcome at one of our houses.

Sober living homes like ours encourage healthy and productive living. Providing a safe place to continue your recovery is our goal. We encourage residents to continue their sobriety, make better decisions, and utilize the recovery methods learned in rehab.

The Guiding Light Sober Homes

We make it easy. You pay rent weekly and we provide all the utilities, cable TV and movie channels, a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook healthy meals, and a washer and dryer on the premises among other amenities. All of our sober houses are located near public transportation to make it easier to get where you need to go.
